Who is responsible

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them only to answer you, and we do not use them for advertising.

The form is handled by our host, Calenzy Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), and the message reaches us by email through Amazon Web Services (Singapore). A small invisible check protects the form against spam robots; it does not track you.

Online booking

When you book online, you do so on Calenzy's booking page. The details you give there are used to manage your reservation.

Cookies and visit statistics

This website sets no cookies.

To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Calenzy Analytics, our host's own visit statistics. It keeps a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone else. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Where the data is kept

The website is hosted by Calenzy Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) on OVHcloud servers in Paris, France. Contact form emails pass through Amazon Web Services (Singapore).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to ramin1010amiry@gmail.com. If you think your data is not handled properly, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
